Our 13,000 square foot Avon facility is located in the heart of the Outer Banks of North Carolina. A haven to both visitors and to locals, Spa Koru serves as a cornerstone to the overall wellness of the community. The facility was constructed with the notion that one campus can provide all the resources needed to experience wellness both on the inside as well as on the outside.
